8 WEEKS
Each week is designed to move people to both depth as leaders and into strategically planned leadership outcomes.
PERSONAL COACHING
Our facilitators assist local church leaders in coaching lay people with leadership potential towards ministry initiatives. We coach the leader, leaders coach their students into actionable outcomes in cooperation with the vision of their church.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The course includes 3 significant elements, a daily leadership focused devotional, weekly leadership lessons and the development of a strategic ministry plan. The hope is to push students towards holistic growth as Kingdom minded leaders.
MINISTRY LAUNCH
The ultimate goal of the course is to mobilize leaders that have prepared both spiritually and practically to launch kingdom centred initiatives.
